Few things make a meal like fresh cranberry sauce. This Christmas cranberry sauce recipe is an easy homemade version you can make ahead of the big day, leaving you time to focus on that grand turkey and roasties!
Method
In a heavy bottom saucepan, heat juice and sugar, bringing to a boil.
Toss in cranberries, cinnamon and clementine zest, then simmer until berries are tender but still holding their shape. About 8 minutes.
Leave to cool and then refrigerate for up to one week. Bring to room temperature before serving along side juicy turkey, roast potatoes, sprouts and all the trimmings!
