This recipe for cooling mint raita from Manraj Kaur Sanghera of Northern Bindi is a cooling staple with your curries, but did you ever realise how easy it is to make? All with simple, local and easy to grab ingredients from our Harrogate Farm Shop, like creamy yoghurt from Longley Farm’s Holmfirth-based dairy!

Mix the ingredients together. Add the milk to loosen the yoghurt to your chosen consistency. Cover and chill until ready to serve, preferably with Manraj’s delicious curry and a slab of doughy locally made naan breads.
