A punchy, fresh chutney from Fodder favourite, Northern Bindi’s Manraj Kaur Sanghera. We love this recipe for Manraj’s Tangy Mint Chutney, packed full of zingy mint from Herb’s Unlimited, grown in Thirsk. Adding a flavour kick to your next curry with a few local ingredients from our Harrogate farm shop and a simple whizz of your blender.

Place all the ingredients into a blender or food processor and pulse until it is chopped and resembles a salsa consistency. ‘I like mine more blitzed though!’ {Manraj}
