Try our Raspberry and Mint Mojito featuring the delightful Harrogate Tipple Honey Rum – it’s a refreshing and utterly delicious Yorkshire concoction!
Method
Chop 1 lime into small 1cm chunks. Slice the other lime into wedges and set to one side to serve.
Put the 1cm lime chunks into a jug along with the raspberries and sugar, tear over the mint leaves and muddle this together with a pestle or the base of a rolling pin.
Spoon into 2 glasses and fill the glass with crushed ice or cubes.
Pour over shots of Harrogate Tipple Honey Rum then top with the soda water or lemonade and lime wedges.
Non-alcoholic Raspberry Mojito Cooler
Follow steps 1 to 3 above.
Pour over 1/2 tsp runny honey or agave then top with lemonade or soda water and squeeze over the lime wedges before serving.
