Hours of work: Full time, 40 hours per week (5 out of 7 operational days of the week including weekends).
This is a hands-on role and you must have the experience, energy and desire to develop this key role, as we continue to grow. To manage the overall daily operations of the shop and deli, ensuring efficiency and financial targets are met. To train and motivate the team and to ensure they are knowledgeable about the amazing Yorkshire products we serve.
You’ll ensure high standards of service, food safety and hygiene, stock control, and team knowledge, while promoting Fodder’s ethos of showcasing Yorkshire producers.
