The secret of any good sharing cocktail is ensuring a foolproof, delicious and quick recipe. This has been tried and tested in many Christmas and New Years Eve parties, and let’s just say it is not the first jug that you will be serving that night! By using marmalade, you don’t have to go to the trouble of making any fancy sugar syrups! Easy peasy!
Method Add all the ingredients together into one large jug with ice.
Muddle with the end of a wooden spoon. Make sure the marmalade is thoroughly combined.
Pour through a cocktail sieve directly into chilled mojito glasses and serve with an orange slice.
